A NOTE FROM MRS. APSEY
Dear Quincy Families,
As we all move into well-deserved summer mode, we’d like to reiterate these two things:
- First, thank you so very much for everything you did to keep your children safe and to continue their learning. We have the very best families at Quincy and we know that this time has not been easy for any of you. We appreciate you more than you know.
- Second, no matter what school looks like in the fall, we will get through it together. We are hopeful that we can have all students back in school all day, every day. That being said, ZPS leaders are working through various plans in preparation for whatever the fall brings. No matter what happens, please rest assured that we will work our tails off to make sure that every student is safe, valued, loved, and learning.
The 2019/20 school year was like no other, but it was WAY more than COVID-19. It was fun to look back at the seven months we had together at school. Looking at these sweet faces and good times makes us SO excited for the fall.
Stay safe and enjoy each other. We love you all!!

We are excited to share that we will be using an online tool for screening for our incoming Young Fives and Kindergarten students. Information about this tool will be emailed to families this week. The information families provide will be helpful in creating our classlists for the fall and teachers will use the information to customize student support.
